After fifteen years experience in the bridging/commercial finance
market, Tower Bridging was setup to facilitate a need in the
market for broader borrowing needs.

three working days. We lend on property (land and buildings of
any type) secured on a first or second charge basis.

We have no fixed requirements and look at each case on its
own merits, assessing borrowers needs individually. Our general
criteria would be standard to all bridging finance contracts.
